The Fornoteca Duetto cooks
Neapolitan-style pizza in a smaller footprint than a traditional wood-burning
The oven cooks a pizza in 90 seconds using a rotating 16-inch ceramic stone and high-temperature dual burner.
Available in propane or natural gas, the oven detaches from its stand for counter-top use.
A wide mouth opening allows you to cook various Italian favourites including steak, roasts, sausages, chicken, and fish.
The unit is easily assembled and virtually maintenance free, simply brush the ceramic stone clean. The specially designed dome ensures even heat convection cooking.
Fornoteca received the RC Product Innovation Award at Restaurants Canada’s 2017 trade show.
The oven is expected to debut sometime this spring and is distributed exclusively by Quebec-based Food Supplies, a Canadian supplier of equipment and ingredients for food retail and foodservice.
